Superalp Work GTX is a renewed PPE safety boot based on footwear originally designed for classic backpacking, engineered to maintain comfort over long hours of use while adding work-specific protection for demanding conditions. Built robust and resistant with Perwanger suede and a protective rubber rand, it is specified with an aluminium-alloy safety toe cap and a fabrics-composite anti-penetration insert to help keep weight down while protecting against site hazards. It is described as an ideal solution for work at height and demanding mountain infrastructure work, as well as rescue activities, with stability and medium rigidity suited to challenging environments. Waterproof, breathable protection is provided by a GORE-TEX® More Seasons lining, and traction comes from a Vibram® Fourà nitrile antistatic outsole resistant to oil and hydrocarbons.
