Delivery Info
AKU UK orders are delivered by DPD. Below you’ll find delivery times, charges, dispatch guidance, tracking help and what to do if there’s a delivery issue. |

Returns must be requested first (authorisation required). |
Delivery times apply from the time your order is dispatched. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
| UK Mainland Standard (DPD) | 3–5 working days |
| UK Express (DPD) | 1–2 working days |
| Remote areas | Some deliveries may require an extra day to reach remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands. |

Express dispatch guidance: Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Thursday with UK Express selected are usually dispatched the same day. Dispatch can vary during busy periods, bank holidays, when we go into sale, when the office has been closed for a period of time, and especially on Mondays. |

International: We currently only ship to UK addresses. For Ireland or other EU countries, please order via aku.com.

If you select a DPD Pickup/ParcelShop option at checkout, please follow the DPD tracking updates carefully and collect within the time shown by DPD. If there’s an issue with collection or the parcel is returned, email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll advise next steps.

Parcel not delivered
If DPD tracking shows delays or missed delivery, please follow the tracking updates first. If the parcel is marked delivered but you can’t locate it, contact [email protected] with your order number. |
Damaged on delivery
If your parcel arrives damaged, email [email protected] with photos of the parcel and contents, plus your order number, and we’ll advise next steps. |

Safe place / neighbour delivery: This is managed by DPD after dispatch. If DPD tracking shows a safe place or neighbour delivery and you can’t locate your parcel, please contact [email protected] with your order number so we can help. |

Courier investigations: by placing an order, you agree to cooperate with reasonable courier investigation procedures, including completing required documentation, to allow us to resolve delivery issues. |
When an order has been placed, it is not possible to change any parts of the order (including adding/removing items, changing size/colour, or changing the delivery address or shipping method). An order cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
If you believe you entered incorrect delivery details and your order has not yet dispatched, contact [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll advise the best available option.
