AKU Laces Forest Round (Pair) (AK230220PR) – Brown
Before dawn, before the dew burns off, the Conero or Superalp is already laced and ready. The Forest Round at 220cm — 40cm longer than the Rocky Round's longest variant — runs full length on high-cut hunting boots from base to collar, with enough spare to tie a secure double knot. Water-repellent polyester construction sheds morning moisture and resists field mud, and the round profile holds its knot on round eyelets and D-rings across a full day in the field. Available in brown (050) and black (052) to complement AKU's hunting and mountain boot range.
WHY YOU'LL LIKE IT
- 220cm length — runs full coverage on high-cut boots with 8 or more eyelet rows, including the Conero, Jager Evo High, and Superalp, from base to collar with enough spare for a secure double knot
- Water-repellent polyester — sheds mud and moisture across wet moorland, peat, and woodland; does not absorb field water or stiffen in cold morning conditions
- Round profile — seats cleanly on round eyelets and D-rings without loosening mid-field; holds a double knot securely through a full day's use
- 40cm longer than the Rocky Round — the Rocky Round's longest size is 180cm; the Forest Round is the only AKU lace that reliably reaches the collar on the tallest hunting and mountain boots in the range
BEST FOR
- Owners of high-cut AKU hunting boots — Conero, Superalp, and Jager Evo High — who need a full-length replacement lace that reaches from base to collar
- Field sports users carrying spare laces as standard kit for day shoots, stalking, and multi-day fieldwork where a broken lace ends the day early
- Anyone replacing worn or broken laces on AKU boots with 8 or more eyelet rows where the 180cm Rocky Round falls short
