Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• Redeemable only on the website purchased from: eGift codes purchased on aku.co.uk can only be redeemed on aku.co.uk (not with any AKU stockist).
• Currency: voucher value is in Pound Sterling (GBP) and is not valid in any other currency.
• Validity: eGift codes are valid for 12 months from purchase or last use (whichever is later).
• Delivery: eGift vouchers are delivered by email (no physical card).
• No cancellation / refund: once purchased, eGift codes cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.

At checkout, enter your eGift code in the voucher/gift card field and complete payment as normal. The voucher value will be deducted, and you will pay any remaining balance due.

• Multiple eGift codes can be used on one order.
• Only one promotional discount code can be applied per order.

• An eGift code cannot be used to purchase another eGift.
• Any remaining balance can be used later until the voucher expires.

• Please safeguard your voucher like cash. AKU and ARDBLAIR SPORTS IMPORTERS LIMITED are not responsible if an eGift code is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
• Please check the recipient email address carefully before purchasing. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect details entered at checkout.
• If an eGift code does not arrive, ask the recipient to check their spam/junk folder first, then contact [email protected].

If a refund is approved, a new eGift will be issued for the refunded voucher value.

If your order was paid partly by eGift code and partly by card, any refund will be made back in the same manner.
